Due to the hygienic aspect of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products once they have been purchased. Exceptions: We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing issues on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is a defect in the product or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs of the damaged/defective package and contents will be required.

Cancellations: Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are generally not allowed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
